Tournament Registration Form

REGISTRATION OPTIONS

1. Register online at www.floridasurfcasters.com and go to Online Store and pay with PayPal
2. Fill out the form and mail it in along with your check or money order payable to Florida Surfcasters. $20 adults and $5 for those under 16 years of age. Postmark no later than April 23, 2012.
3. There will be on site registration the morning of the tournament at St. Johns County Ocean Pier starting at 5:00am.

Once you Submit this form please visit the Florida Surf Casters online store and purchse your registeration. If sending Payments by mail please make check to Florida Surf Casters and mail to:

When your payment is received you will receive an email or phone call assigning youwith an entrant number. If you do not know your number by the day of the tournament, it means that the tournament officials have no record of your registration. Be sure to have your entrant number when you arrive at the weigh in. IMPORTANT!
